Milk at 62°C. Crema with structure. No syrups (unless he’s feeling rebellious – in which case, hazelnut). Close friends with Amuseables Coffee-to-Go and Amuseables Espresso Cup, he's rumoured to have developed a seasonal roast called Monkey Business (notes of banana and pandemonium).
